Edmond and Kelly Costa acquires 13080 Montego St., Spring Hill

On March 15, Sandra Orozco Moreno, Fabio Orozco Alzate and Maritza Franco Andrade purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom property at 7342 Myhope Circle, Spring Hill from Izilda Fatima and Manuel E. Conceicao for $184,000.

The two bedroom, two bathroom home at 4545 Chamber Court, Spring Hill was sold on March 15 by Michael James Calleri, Lonnie Ray PR Holley and Marie Ann Holley for $150,000. The buyers were Shireen Mohammed and Migel Bridgewater.

On March 15, Midway Exchange Borrower 14 LLC purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 9464 Southern Charm Circle, Brooksville from Clara T. Miranda and Jose P. Castillo for $285,000.
