Bilirakis has served as a member of Congress for Florida’s 12th district since replacing Michael Bilirakis in 2007. He previously represented constituents in the Florida House of Representatives from 1998 to 2006. Born in Gainesville in 1963 and currently residing in Palm Harbor, Bilirakis holds degrees from both the University of Florida (BA) and Stetson University (JD).
