College of Central Florida recently issued the following announcement.

Kevin Kilpatrick will continue his baseball career next year at the University of Houston. Houston is a Division One program who will compete in the Big 12 Conference next 

season. Kilpatrick has been one of the Patriots leading hitters for the past three years and is off to his best one yet. He is currently hitting .403 with a .453 OBP and a .661 SLG. He 

is leading the Patriots with 50 hits including 4 HRs, 3 triples, and 8 doubles. In the shortened 2020 Covid season Kilpatrick hit .357 with .478 OBP and .768 SLG with 5 HRs and 6 

doubles. In the 2021 season last year Kilpatrick battled some injuries and still hit managed to hit .347 with a .399 OBP and .496 SLG in 121 at bats. Not only has Kevin been a 

force at the plate but he has also been an extremely impressive defender for the Patriots in the outfield. 

Kilpatrick is the sixth Patriot to commit from this year’s team.
