This notice is being published in accordance with the City of Brooksville Procurement Manual and §287.057 (3) (c), Florida Statute (2021) requiring posting of information for proposed contract actions. This is a notice of intent to award a non-competitive, sole source contract and is not a request for competitive quotes/proposals. It is the intent of the City of Brooksville to make a Sole Source contract award as follows: 

 Intended Contract Award: Xylem Water Solutions, USA, Inc.  

 Purpose:  Purchase of Flygt 6” Submersible Pump and equipment

 Total Contract Award:  $80,910.00.

 Xylem Water Solutions USA, Inc / Flygt Products is the only authorized vendor for Flygt Products, and is the only authorized Flygt service repair and warranty organization in the State of Florida.

The City of Brooksville hereby requests that prospective vendors provide information regarding their ability to supply the commodities or contractual services described herein and attached hereto to the City of Brooksville Finance Director, 201 Howell Avenue, Brooksville, FL 34601, no later than the expiration of this notice: July 5, 2020.
