Spring Hill home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Spring Hill rose by $9,900 while total sales increased by 4.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 833 homes sold, with a median sale price of $164,900 - a 6.4% increase over the $155,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 796 homes sold in Spring Hill in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Spring Hill for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,155, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
