CITRUS HIGH SCHOOL: Citrus High School 2020 Parent Survey

Survey

Citrus High School issued the following announcement.

Citrus High’s 2020 Parent Survey is now open until March 19! It is VERY IMPORTANT that we hear from all parents with students attending CHS. Your responses on the 2020 Parent Survey are essential for school improvement to occur. The survey is completely anonymous and should only take approximately 13 minutes of your time.

We are excited to inform you that this year, parents who complete the short survey will have the opportunity to win a Family Chartered Scalloping Trip or a Family Chartered Swim with the Manatees Trip, both donated from Baize Charters. Three lucky families will win a $100 World Fusion gift card, as well! After completing the survey and clicking the "Done" button, you will automatically leave the anonymous survey site and be directed to a new site where you can enter to win. Winners will be notified and announced on March 30. The deadline to submit a survey for your school and enter to win a prize is March 19.

If you have additional children attending an elementary or middle school, you will receive another phone call notification with information about the elementary and/or middle school survey links. Parents can submit one entry per school.

Because the survey is anonymous, parents must complete the 13-minute survey in one sitting and cannot pause/save responses to complete later.

You can access and complete the CHS 2020 Parent Survey by clicking the link, https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/2020ParentSurvey-CHS. Or parents can log into Skyward Family Access tomorrow and click on the survey link found on the dashboard.

Please help CHS continue to improve by completing the 2020 Parent Survey and enter to win a family scalloping or swimming with the manatees chartered excursion or win a $100 World Fusion gift card!

We thank you and appreciate your time and feedback!
