animals from being born only to suffer and die. The non-profit has advocated for and is an active participant in the Hernando County Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate and Return program to

address the feral cat problem. PetLuv saves more than 350 cats and kittens per year from being euthanized and have also altered, dewormed, defleaed, cleaned the ears and

in pet care costs. Florida Manufacturing Day - Recognizes October 1, 2021, as Florida Manufacturing Day. The goal of Manufacturing Day is to inspire the next generation of

transmissions, fabricated metal products, industrial signs, pavers, limestone products and ready-mix concrete. Tampa Bay Buccaneers Day – September 24, 2021, officially

recognizes the National Football League (NFL) team for their unmatched athletic performances, history making win, and unparalleled community involvement. The Tampa Bay

Buccaneers have set the date of September 24, 2021, to bring their 2021 Campus Tour to the Hernando High School Varsity Leopards Football home game versus Nature Coast

High School Sharks at Tom Fisher Memorial Stadium in City of Brooksville. Resolution 2021-14 Honoring Dr. Dennis Wilfong – The City of Brooksville recognized the

accomplishments and honored the memory of Dr. Dennis Wilfong. Dr. Wilfong, wellknown for his inventions in surge protection products also served as the City’s Ambassador of

Commerce and Employment from 2009 to 2018. Dennis was empowered by his walk with Christ and blessed with a generous and nurturing spirit to give endlessly to his family and

the community around him. Dennis passed away on August 26, 202, after dedicating his life to his family, community and helping others any way he could. The City Council
