Hernando County issued the following announcement on Oct. 12.
The Hernando County Public Library System meeting rooms are open to the public. Meeting rooms can be reserved online from the library’s homepage, www.hernandocountylibrary.us or straight to the online calendar at www.hernandocounty.librarycalendar.com. Staff is available to help you navigate the calendar and to assist with any questions.
Late fees will be reinstated beginning Monday, October 25, 2021.
Fines & Fees
DVD or Interlibrary Loan items: $1
Books: $.10 per day
Hotspots and Laptops: $5 per day
Kits and Launchpads: $1 per day
Maximum fine for material: $5 per item
Replacement library cards: $1
