Saint Leo University Athletics recently issued the following announcement.
The Saint Leo women's swimming team competed in the final day of a two-day dual meet on Sunday against the 12th-ranked Tampa Spartans at the UT Aquatics Center. This is the last meet the Lions will be competing in before going on a four week break.

TOP PERFORMERS:
- Vittoria Bonsanti Feniello continued her success from Saturday. She took first place in the 200 freestyle beating out a Spartan dominated field, finishing with a time of 1:53.99. Bonsanti Feniello also finished in second place in the 500 freestyle, finishing behind Tampa's Holly Wessel with a time of 5:06.80.
- Elze Bielskute took second place in the 100 freestyle by a second, clocking in at 53.05.
Saint Leo now goes on a four week hiatus before returning to action on December 17, competing in the Spartan Invite at the UT Aquatics Center on the campus of the University of Tampa.
