The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2017 was $757.16, 0.31% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2021, 211 properties sold in Spring Hill.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Shirley Ann Allen has been registered to vote since 2014.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 2029 Laredo Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Ann I. Benton, 97, and Shirley Ann Allen, 64.
