Frank W. Springstead High School recently issued the following announcement.
Congressman Daniel Webster announced that high school students interested in attending one of the U.S. Service Academies are encouraged to attend one of several Service Academy summer seminars, which provide information on academic curriculum, counseling from admissions staff, fitness test tips and training, and much more. These seminars are geared for high school juniors heading into their senior year.
The United States Military Academy (West Point), the United States Naval Academy, and the United States Air Force Academy all host a yearly summer seminar for students interested in applying to and attending one of these academies. West Point's summer seminar deadline is March 15, and the Naval Academy deadline is March 31. Unfortunately, for the year 2022, the application deadline for the Air Force Academy has already passed.
