Median home prices in Dade City rose to $267,500 in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Dade City rose by $88,000 while total sales decreased by 28.6 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $267,500 - a 49 percent increase over the $179,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Dade City in April 2021.

The median sales tax in Dade City for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $888, approximately 0.3 percent of the median home sale price for April.
