Dade City home prices rose in May

The median sale price of a home sold in May in Dade City rose by $20,500 while total sales decreased by 80 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,500 - an 11.4 percent increase over the $180,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Dade City in May 2021.

The median sales tax in Dade City for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $888, approximately 0.4 percent of the median home sale price for May.
