- Donating four vacant city-owned lots at 349 Palm St., 2519 Auburn Ave., 708 Francis Ave., and 2524 Nordman Ave. to nonprofit organizations
- Final plat approval for Phase 5 of the Florida Days residential subdivision
- Appeal to overturn the Planning & Zoning Board’s June 6 denial of a proposed site plan to build 322 new apartments in Venetian Bay's Village Center East
