The City’s website recently underwent a six-month redesign process with website provider CivicPlus, using a new digital opportunity known as CivicEngage Central. The Utilities Department upgrade to the Muni-Link billing and payment portal is the most recent improvement.
The new upgraded Utilities payment portal will provide customers enhanced security, more payment options and better access to their utilities account. Customers can sign up for E-billing, schedule regular auto-draft payments through their bank or pay online with a Credit/Debit card or eCheck. Service charges apply for Credit/Debit Card or e-Check payments.
The website re-design will continue to be a work in progress as new features and forms are added. The City’s web address remains the same and the site will continue to host the Utilities Department payment portal and Parks & Recreation on-line registration, reservation and payment platforms.
