Hernando County Sheriff's Office recently issued the following announcement.
Shortly after 1 a.m. on 12-26-2021 Clifford Tack was located and recovered safely in Georgia.

Missing Endangered Adult – Silver Alert – Clifford Tack

The Hernando County Sheriff’s Office is requesting assistance from our media partners and the community in locating a MISSING ENDANGERED ADULT.
Clifford Tack was last seen driving away from his residence on Kirkland Avenue in Spring Hill. Mr. Tack advised his wife he was going for a drive.
Family members reported him missing at 5:40 p.m. after he failed to return home. Mr. Tack suffers from dementia and is a diabetic who is insulin dependent.
Mr. Tack is driving a white 1998 Toyota Tacoma bearing Florida tag/CBXA55.
Clifford Tack’s physical description is as follows:
White Male
Date of Birth – 12-11-1944
Height – 5’9”
Weight – 180 lbs.
Eyes – Brown
Hair – White
Last seen wearing – A black turtleneck, long sleeve shirt, blue jeans, black sneakers, and eyeglasses.
